Exploring China's
Diverse Regions:
Discovering the numerous areas within China shows a piece at
a time of plaid made up of charm and intriguing landforms. While in the Sichuan
Province, well known for its large and extremely hot dishes, the giant pandas
can also be found at the research base of giant panda breeding in Chengdu,
which provides an understanding on the global conservation performance of the
species and its core habitat. Truth be told, among all the interesting places
in Yunnan, I was excited to find out that rice terraces have been established
on the sloping hills. When you take a closer look at them, they seem to have
been etched into the mountains creating a very striking image. Going over the
nor west China is open the stunning desert scenes of Xinjiang and inner
Mongolia, where tourists are able to voyage over through the shifting sands of
the Gobi desert and the eerie endlessness of the Taklamakan desert. On these
hard-to-find slopes are located these crumbling cities along the Silk Road, so
offering diverse cultural heritage that is full of mysteries.
Personal Experiences
and Anecdotes:
Commencing a several-day hike through Tiger Leaping Gorge in Yunnan Province serves as a breathtaking opportunity of natural grandeur's direct immersion. Winding your way along the rock cliffs watching the turbulent waters of the Jinsha River shows you a nature performance of awe. Every step reveals the true beauty of China's landforms so that one gets filled with wonder. Jiuzhaigou National Park in Sichuan possesses an artistic ambiance as the gorgeous lakes resembling a painting are surrounded by lush forests and peaks that are covered in snow. Surrounded by this awe-inspiring setting, playful golden monkeys and the shy red pandas become a source of wonder and demonstrate the necessity of protecting these fantastic places for us and our children to come.
Sustainable Travel
Practices:
Protective measures that focus on preserving iconic Chinese
natural resources are the key issues of the green travel. Visiting nature
reserves and national parks that promote eco-tourism depicts a novelty but also
play a crucial role in fighting against local biodiversity degradations. The
tourists help to keep various establishments afloat by buying tickets and
souvenirs, thus, your stand among the conservationists for safeguarding China's
natural heirlooms for progeny. Besides, responsible wildlife observation play a
vital role too such as giving appropriate space, warranting carefulness, and
observing good ethics to preserve animal existence and their habits. Besides
paying attention to Leave No Trace principles, travelers should dispose of
their trash properly, and try avoiding generating a carbon footprint by
themselves, for example via choices of eco-friendly accommodations, public
transportation utilization, and patronage of businesses with commitment to
sustainability. Altogether these practices signify a much more harmonious
interaction between the trekkers and the natural environment, thus, creating a
situation that will favor the future of China's ecosystems.
Through diving ourselves into the pluralistic of nature in
China, acting environmentally positively while traveling and promoting the
conservation policies we could provide the coming generations great
opportunities and unforgettable impression of the beautiful nature in China.
Tourism which is responsible provides with an opportunity to promote the
conservation initiatives which are done by local neighbors and as a result
nature can be protected and its heritage preserved. We can build such a
relationship through bonding of tourists with natural environment and in turn,
promote sustainability. This way we will be able to plan the tourism industry
in a more positive ‘green’ way where both tourists and the environment can
thrive together in the future.
